WEBINAR: Morgellons Disease and Vector-borne Infections

March 27 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

From ILADS:

Join us Wednesday, March 27 for a presentation from Virginia R. Savely, DNP, FNP-C on Morgellons disease.  It will be held online from 7 to 8 pm, Eastern Time.

Health care providers, and especially those who treat vector-borne infections, are encountering an increasing number of patients who present with the unusual symptoms of spontaneously-appearing lesions and multi-colored filaments coming out of the skin. Many doctors are not aware of the correlation of Morgellons and vector-borne infections and are not secure in their ability to diagnose and treat the patients they see with these puzzling symptoms.

In this presentation you will learn:

  • Diagnostic features of Morgellons disease and the most common symptoms that all sufferers have in common
  • Infections most commonly associated with Morgellons disease
  • Different treatment approaches for sufferers of Morgellons disease

Registration fee: Free for ILADS members/$49 for non-members
