Lyme disease in adolescents can be difficult to diagnose as they may be mistaken for normal teen issues like mood swings or laziness. Early and late-stage symptoms can include neurological, cognitive, nerve related, cardio, fatigue and joint pain. Proper diagnosis and treatment are a must.
