UCSF recruits participants for Lyme disease brain stimulation study
University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) is recruiting participants for a clinical trial to improve cognitive function in patients with chronic Lyme disease.
The clinical trial aims to evaluate the use of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS), a non-invasive brain stimulation technique that delivers a low electric current to the scalp to enhance brain activity and learning.
