Lyme Legislative Updates 21st Century Cures Act becomes law, as well as Lyme bills in New York, Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia

President Obama signed the 21st Century Cures Act, a massive health reform billOn December 13, 2016, President Obama signed the 21st Century Cures Act, a massive health reform bill.

The sweeping legislation aims to speed up new drug applications and fund a wide range of new medical research. It also provides for a Federal Tick-Borne Diseases Working Group, with representation of from the patient community.
