DESCRIPTION:From the Soul Tribe Yoga Collective: \nJoin the Colorado Lyme & Tick-Borne Disease Support Group on Saturday\, March 23 from 2 – 3:30 PM (Mountain Time) for an online healing yoga event with Milena from Soul Tribe Yoga Collective. \nThis event will begin with an enlightening discussion on healing yogic practices. After a short break\, we will then put what we have learned into practice. Our practice will include very gentle asana (postures)\, breathwork\, and meditation techniques. \nThe event is free and welcome to individuals with tick-borne conditions in all U.S. locations.
