DESCRIPTION:Several experts will share with residents the latest information on the prevention\, diagnosis and the treatment of Lyme disease through the PA Lyme Resource Network’s Dare 2B Tick Aware Lyme and tick-borne disease prevention program. \nThey will also discuss the latest data on Lyme disease and the role of climate change may be having on the disease’s spread. \nScheduled speakers include Mary Beth Pfeiffer\, a leading investigative reporter on Lyme disease and author; nurse Julia Wagner\, president of the PA Lyme Resource Network; and Nicole Chinnici\, a forensic wildlife scientist and director of East Stroudsburg University’s Wildlife DNA Research Laboratory\, the largest tick research center in Pennsylvania. \nThe meeting will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Aug. 27 at Hatboro Community Church\, 730 Preston Lane\,  Hatboro\, PA 19040. \n
