4. 2nd Annual California Lyme Disease Awareness Walk

Please come support the many Californians who have been stricken by Lyme disease. Registration is free but donations are greatly appreciated. All net proceeds from the walk will be donated to the California Lyme Disease Association (CALDA) for research. Even if you can’t make it, please forward the Registration Forms to everyone you know from family to friends to co-workers. Please take forms to your doctors' offices and anywhere else appropriate.
