Besides working at the state level, CALDA also supports national legislative efforts. CALDA supports federal bills S. 1708 and HR 741, which provide $100 million over five years for research, physician education, prevention, and task force formation. Go to the national Lyme Disease Association website to find who has signed onto the bill, your congress members, actions needed, sample letters to write, organizations supporting the bill, and more.
